Throughout the month of October, Central City Elementary, Middle, and High School will be learning about bullying and participating in bullying prevention activities.
It is our goal to encourage students to work together to stop bullying and cyberbullying by increasing awareness of the prevalence and impact of bullying throughout our school.
Some of the activities will include:
Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time with the intention to hurt that person physically or emotionally. Acts of bullying can be physical or verbal.
